The hill of Miata is a few hundred meters from the road that links the Costa Smeralda to Baja Sardinia. It is not far from I giardini di Porto Cervo (ex Bagaglino), the famous Hotel Pitrizza and the Marina of Poltu Quatu, full of shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, hotels and other entertainments as well as an ideal starting point for excursions to the islands of La Maddalena. The centre of Porto Cervo is a two-minute drive.

Miata has an enviable position, nestled between sculptures of rock and with beautiful views of Liscia di Vacca, the Archipelago of La Maddalena and the often, in the winter months, snow-capped mountains of Corsica. “Cussorgia” (in the Gallura area means “group of houses”) Miata incorporates 12 luxurious Villas of exquisite taste, all with pool and built respecting the natural environment surrounding them: man-made beauty alongside the beauty of nature.

The Villa is set in one of the most beautiful and unique stretches of coastline in the world. The view is breathtaking with granite rocks sculpted by the wind and with fragrant Mediterranean oaks, mastic trees, olive trees, arbutus, etc.

The idea that guided the architect Luca Scacchetti in the design of the Villa is to take advantage of the significant difference in height between the ground facing the sea and the area behind at a much lower level. This makes for a one-storey building on the side facing the sea but a two-storey building on the side facing the hill. This allows for more green areas and terraces compared to a traditional building of equal surface.

It also allows for an interesting connection between the two floors: a gigantic, monumental staircase ending in a large resin floor. The large windows of the study, dining room and living room characterize the side facing the sea. A colonnade in Orosei stone support a long wooden roof over the sleeping area. Opposite, similar roofing shades the showers and relaxation area. Between the two, a lawn with two beautiful olive trees leads to the large infinity pool surrounded by Orosei stone. Naturally, most of the rooms and of course the living room and the dining room overlook the sea.

The Villa is divided as follows: large living room, dining room, cinema room, a master bedroom with bathroom, three double bedrooms with bathroom, three more bedrooms each with its own bathroom, fully equipped gym overlooking the garden, kitchen, separate laundry area, super-equipped barbecue area, garden and covered parking spaces. Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, heated swimming pool, alarm system.
